In this article, I’ll be sharing 7 best sites you can use to design custom printed sports bras and the types you. To make things easier, I’ve also included their list of integrations and other apparel products you can sell.

7 Best Print On Demand Sports Bra Websites
1. Printify
If you’re a complete beginner to print on demand, it can be confusing to decide which fulfillment to join. I would usually recommend Printify for newbies as it offers a long list of integrations, has an extensive product catalog and prices are reasonable than most.
There are four kinds of sports bra you can design on the site. All of them are all over printed and though they might look all the same, they are quite different!
For one, each product features a different level of comfort for a sport bra user e.g. padding and lining – full list down below. They are also fulfilled by two different printing companies so be sure to check these details before ordering or selling them.
Here’s a sample of a Printify sports bra I created using a seamless pattern marble design from Creative Fabrica. I just uploaded the design file, scaled it to a suitable size and made it a pattern using Printify’s pattern tool.

2. Printful
Similar to Printify, Printful’s sports bras are also all over printed and comes in multiple sizes. There are 6-7 sizes to choose from on Printful compared to only 4-5 on Printify.
However, it’s fair to say that the best way to know a size is to try them out yourself. Placing orders for print on demand sports bra can be tricky in this aspect as most fulfillments do not offer returns or exchanges.
Your orders are unique products only you have!

3. Contrado
You might have felt the excitement of designing three areas for sports bra on Printify and Printful. And you’re probably even more surprised to know that there’s eight areas you’ll need to customize for Contrado’s sports bra!
If you’re looking for a print on demand UK company for premium custom printed sports bra, Contrado should be your go-to. Even if you’re based in the US, shipping should be fast as they have printing facilities in both countries and offers express US shipping.
There’s only a single type of sport bra you can design on Contrado but it comes in 12 sizes. It is handmade using Contrado’s own Flex Sport Lycra fabric (spandex) that is said to be temperature regulating and protects users from UV rays. Perfect for those that sweats too much!
The sports bra can be further customized for binding colors (seven options) and stitching colors (black or white).

4. Merchize
If you’re looking for something cheaper than the ones on the sites above, you might want to check out Merchize – a print on demand company based in Vietnam. Their prices are in USD but is much more reasonable given that standard shipping fees are included.
Merchize is also known for their wide range of all over printed apparels including leggings and sports jerseys. Although there are seven sizes to choose from on Merchize compared to Printify, it’s fair to note that sizing standards may be different between the two.
It’s always better to try things out! If you’re unsure on which size to go with, I personally prefer to purchase a tighter piece for sports bra as a looser one can be uncomfortable.

5. Subliminator
Unsure if a sports bra is comfortable enough? You should look into the material used, size of shoulder straps and strength of elastic bands. These play a part in creating a good support especially during intensive workouts or outdoor jogs.
Subliminator’s sports bra features a four-way stretch and it uses a higher mix of spandex – 18% compared to Merchize’s 12%. The double layer front will also provide better support when paired with the strong elastic band.
There are only a few kinds of apparel products you can design on the site but all of them are all over print sublimation items. Just like Merchize, Subliminator includes shipping fees in their prices and offers express shipping to the USA (2-3 days from China).

6. Yoycol
If you’re looking for something a little more unique and practical, Yoycol’s sports bra top is a great option. It’s slightly longer than the usual sports bra which makes it an almost tank top. Perfect for a casual day out and nice to pair with denim jackets in colder settings.
Their sports bra top (purple in image below) is made of 20% spandex so it’s even more elastic for a nicer overall fitting. There are eight sizes to choose from (S-5XL) and you can add custom neck labels for branding purposes.
Prices on Yoycol is definitely cheaper than all other fulfillments in this list. You can also enjoy greater savings when purchasing more than 10 or 50 units – bulk discounts of 5% and 10% respectively!

Another fulfillment you can explore to source products from China would be InterestPrint. They’re not necessarily as cheap as Yoycol but prices include partial shipping charges so you’ll need to pay extra depending on which courier service you go for (about seven options from an additional $1).
There’s lesser variety for sports bra on the site but you can still design sports bra sets that are meant for yoga and light workouts. Like most Asian POD fulfillments, shipping will take about 10-30 days to the USA or Europe so it’s not advisable for beginner sellers.

- Choose one supplier that resonates to you the most with the right products you’ve envisioned for your apparel business
- Upload designs to products
- Uploading designs to supplier’s products is super easy and you should be able to do this once an account is created
- Position the design correctly when uploading as the actual product will look the same as what you see online
- Set a suitable profit margin for each product
- On most sites, you should be able to set a selling price once you’ve done uploading the design
- A suitable margin should be 40%-50% depending on the platform you’re selling on and any fees you’ll incur on each sale
- This excludes shipping charges to customers!
- Sync them to your ecommerce store
- You would need to integrate your ecommerce store e.g. Etsy or Shopify before you’re able to sell so do that first
- Sync the ready product to your store to start selling them publicly
- Start selling and repeat!
- Repeat the process and you’ll get some sales with time!
